Week 3, week 3, and week 3
I've loosely repeated week 3 of the 12-week workout plan about three times in a row now. I've got to try some new motivation. I'm posting an ad for a workout partner on www.craigslist.org soon.
Well, my craigslist.org personal ad for a workout partner hasn't panned out very well yet. I've received about 10 responses, some were ads, and some were people that would have been a good workout partner, but go to different gyms. I've decided to keep myself motivated by trying to keep in touch with other people who are in the same 12-week program on the realjock.com site. The forum of people that are using the program is very encouraging to me. I'm getting ready to delve into week four tomorrow morning, so I'm getting everything prepared tonight: clothes ironed for work, gym bag packed, workout printed out, and grocery list to pick up items in the nutrition plan.
